A healthy mind attracts blessings
          How important it is to have a balanced life in mental,
          physical, emotional and spiritual health to achieve
          success and meet our personal and professional goals.
          We live in a very fast-paced dynamic, with few hours to
          get to meetings and events.
          Enjoying quality time with our loved ones is increasingly
          limited, because we always focus on fulfilling the different
          commitments of everyday life.
          We rarely take time to disconnect and restart, not knowing
          how necessary it is to do it for our physical, mental and
          emotional health.
          As well expressed by the Buddhist philosophy of life, those
          who recognize the importance of caring for the body with
          respect and gratitude,  starting from the principle  that
          we are energy, understand that we are all charged and
          emanate many impulses during the day, therefore, more
          than a duty, it is an obligation to consider that the body is
          our temple.

          We need to rest the necessary hours, exercise frequently
          and recharge ourselves with good and pleasant
          moments.
          A good strategy is to connect with nature, laugh from
          the soul, cry to relieve sadness, meditate and everything
          that  contributes  to  keep  the  being  in  good  balance,
          will generate fruitful results, because there is a close
          relationship between the body and the spirit, and each
          one influences the other.
          According to the Catholic religion, the largest and most
          widely followed religion in the world, you are like the
          temple, different from all other people, but also a house
          for the Spirit of God, the Holy Spirit.
          The apostle Paul said, “Do you not know that you are the
          temple of God and that the God Spirit dwells in you? The
          Temple of God, which you are, is holy,” (1 Corinthians 3:16–
          17).
          Your body is a temple for your spirit. Just as you treat
          temples with respect, you should treat your body. You can
          do this by obeying the word of wisdom, dressing modestly,
          and keeping your body clean.
          Likewise, you should keep your heart and mind clean by
          reading, listening to and watching only things that are
          pleasing to Heavenly Father.
          Having a healthy routine of eating, exercising and
          meditating from an early age allows us to achieve the
          best quality of life. This is where longevity comes from.
          Every positive thought is a seed that we plant in our
          mental garden; let’s take care of it with love and attention
